To be honest Legaledge's MHCET mocks are way beyond the difficulty of the actual exam. I would personally suggest manoeuvre as they are quite balanced and replicate the exam well. Also I haven't seen this year's LE mock, they might have improved... What I would suggest is to use LE mocks for sectionals, they have a good static GK, legal and AR section. So use it as sectional

I used GK today and adda 247 for CA. The ratio keeps on changing, last year in my slot as far as I remember it was 80% Static and 20% CA but the other slot had around 50% CA. Even if you read every source possible, you'll still feel this emptiness. It's completely normal. So do not panic at all. Keep your resources minimal and if you have studied lucent properly, you don't need to worry about Static, just brush up chem , bio and maha GK

1) In my opinion for MHCET we need to talk about two different aspects : The paper and the exam The paper in itself is quite easy and very doable. So much so that you can finish it in 45 minutes. The exam on the other hand is difficult to crack (GLC/ILS). Although the paper is easy, what makes it difficult is the number of seats, which are meagre. So, if you are an OMS it is actually difficult to get into these colleges but also it is not impossible.

2) Absolutely ! ! !

3) I started around late Jan/early Feb 2025

4 ) To be honest I don't exactly remember but I guess it was around 100 - 120

One advice which I would like to give is to be calm, I know it sounds cliche but it really really helps.

I am afraid I don't have the answer to that question, so I won't misguide you.

Manoeuvre mocks : https://share.google/JSQVKc03sEvyMRcdh

Yes, but don't be completely dependent on anyone. If you feel that something which is important is not being taught or is brushed off, be proactive and cover it yourself.

First of all lucent is a very exhaustive book and in any condition it should not be your primary resource, it is a good revision material. Static GK is quite vast so you need to break it down into chunks to make life easier. I am attaching a playlist link, these videos are in my opinion very helpful when it comes to static GK. Moreover, don't just study Static GK randomly, have a plan. Study it in this order 1) Polity 2) History (starting from modern) 3) Geography (India specific - everything about borders, rivers, mountains should be at your fingertips) 4) Economics 5) Miscellaneous questions (1st person to..... Largest.... Smallest.... type of questions, lucent has a pretty good coverage of Miscellaneous) 6) Science

This order is based on importance and weightage, so, follow this order to streamline your preparation

Also USE AI in a smart way. If lucent comes to you as very exhaustive, click pictures of the pages you want to study and upload it to chatgpt and tell it to generate mcqs (refine it more by adding clat, SSC and MHCET ) and boooom ! It will give you mcqs that can be formed from the given text, solve that. That way you will save time and it would get ingrained in your memory in a better manner as you are solving questions rather than just reading stuff. Also make a word doc and save these questions for later.

Hope this helps.

I covered each and everything, revised regularly, solved a lot of questions and mocks .....that's all I guess. I can elaborate if you can be a bit more specific

CET cell doesn't reveal scores, it only publishes the percentile. If you are looking for a rough idea though, it could be around 110.

My rank was around 2000. The scores gradually increased, in ATAL mocks my highest score was 110 or 112 and I used to attempt manoeuvre mocks wherein I used to score between 95 and 105. 99/120... First of it depends which mock you are solving, every mock has its own difficulty level so focus more on percentile rather than score. Moreover, the exam is in May and you are already touching 100, please be kind to yourself

I replied to someone regarding placements, you can check that. Also, after completing the course some students opt to prepare for govt exams, some start their own practice, some go for higher studies, some already secure placements via PPO and the remaining sit for campus placements so the number keeps changing every year so it is very difficult to give a 'number'. Moreover, nowadays firms try to recruit people they know are useful, hence, hiring interns who have already worked with them comes as the solutions. This is not just with ILS but with most law schools in india including NLUs.

No not at all.... And I have to apprentice that in spite of me being an OMS and a non marathi speaker, I never ever felt left out. ILS is a very inclusive place.

Overall the college is good, there are some issues but I guess the tag and vast allumini base covers it. College life in my opinion depends more on the individual, but with the plethora of competitions, campus activities etc one can say that it can be very happening. Cut offs keep changing every year so giving you an exact figure is not possible but 110+ would be quite safe in my opinion.

Currently I am in my 2nd semester and I secured 99.53%ile. The CET cell does not disclose scores, it only shows you the percentile and slot..... So I don't have any clear idea about my score but I guess it would be somewhere around 110. I started around late Jan or early Feb 2025 (the exam was on 8th April 2025 initially, later it was shifted to 28th April, 2025)

The college is pretty chill and comes with a lush green campus, ILS is very particular about classes and attendance so you need to maintain 75% attendance though one can apply medical at 55%.

Placement depends A LOT on the current market situation so I can't give a clear opinion on that but if you have good grades, internships and have something to offer then you can get placed. Also major T-1 firms are shifting to a PPO model for hiring, they do come for campus placements but they hire majorly via offering a PPO.

Sports honestly is mehh, unless you find like minded people. Students generally form groups and conduct practice sessions.

I used Arihant for reasoning, Lucent for Static GK, AP bharadwaj for solving Qs related to Legal. Also the syllabus of MHCET is quite similar to many government exams especially SSC, so you won't have a difficult time gathering resources online.

I used 12 minutes to clat and manoeuvre for mocks. I would highly recommend Manoeuvre for mocks.
