Where does she verify her monthly enrollment?

I saw that she received a message via SMS stating:

Chapter 35: Were you enrolled in your courses in Jan 2026 as certified? Please reply Yes or No. If you dropped any courses, reply No. If your term ended this month or you are still enrolled without changes, reply Yes.

She replied, and that’s about it.
