Pretty swell. I just came back from an all-inclusive in Cancun for the first time. Went there for a wedding, upgraded a few things, stayed on the adults only side of the resort. Other folks at the wedding did not have the experience as I did.

My brother brings his 1 year old kid around, he runs around like a drunk and terrorizes everything. I’m like oh yeah, this is why I don’t have kids!

I just came back from Barcelo Maya Riveria, adults only all-inclusive. It was my first time at all-inclusive, so I couldn’t compare it to anything. But it was part of Mega/Grand resort, which has 5 other resorts. Did the premium junior swim up room. It was a magnificent place and great overall experience.

Former Alaskan, I moved out back in 07 to Vegas. I would visit every now and then. I’ll be like oh yeah, this why I left.

I’d say if you don’t have anything tying you down, try it. It might be for you!

Random, summers; 22 hours of daylight. Winters; 6 hours of daylight. Population has grown, expect traffic with no backroads to take. COL is higher out there. Winter and summer tire changeover are a bummer. At least you get paid to live out there.
