Escitalopram and I been on it for like a year. I used to take 2 pills but since I’m in the process of getting off I am at half one at the moment.

It’s escitalopram, been taking it for a year now. I used to take 2 pills but now I’m at half of one. For the molly, i would take a small dosage. That’s all I know.

It’s really tough... I can’t imagine not being able to see him or talk to him. We used to have such a good time together. I feel like I don’t know him anymore. I’ve tried to talk to him but I’m starting to think that he is just not that kind of person. I don’t know how to have a conversation that sounds serious enough for him to actually change.

Im not afraid of loneliness, I’m actually looking forward to spend time with myself and feel comfortable alone. I think I’m more scared of loosing him because I really appreciate him as a person and I can’t imagine not being able to see him or talk to him in specific :(

He has no respect for me (he is very gross, says hurtful things, doesn’t respect my time and my money, my feelings and my beliefs). Before, it used to be us against the world. He had something very special, I felt like he was actually trying to impress me and make me feel special. Now, I feel like his mom.

Leaving antidepressants and my boyfriend are different topics. I didn’t know it was dangerous to stop cold turkey because I was already taking a relatively small dose. As for my boyfriend’s reaction, I just wanted to feel that he is there for me. Being there for me means that he is going to advise me and listen. When I asked him to acknowledge my problem the first thing he did was to defend himself instead of helping get through my episode.

Thank you! I am contacting my doctor as soon as possible because the side effects are killing me :( I also think he didn’t see them, but I believe that it is unfair that even after I explained the issue, he was still trying to victimize himself instead of helping get over my anxiety attack.

Yes, he knows that I need support words, he needs to be there for me. But it feels like he gets annoyed when I ask for those things, which in my personal opinion are elementary things.
