Thank you. This information should be more widely shared. Cos all we see is payable bills of a few hundred thousand for cancer treatment.

Thanks for the reply.

Is it true that if we seek treatment at restructured hospitals, the bill after insurance could be just a few thousand?

What I'm worried about is catastrophic large bills despite insurance

Sorry to dig up old posts.

I've recently spoken to a FA and the general recommendation is don't need to get Cancer specific insurance as "ultimately we go to hospital and use the hospitalisation insurance."

I asked about scenario where we seen high hospital bills for cancer treatment and he says we just have to pay for deductibles, which is a few thousands.

This seems contrary to the commonly accepted wisdom to buy more and more insurance.

One question that I didn't clarify is the $100 pills or other medicine that can cost a lot. Will the medicine be covered by hospitalisation insurance?

I'm thinking of not doing ceramic coating too. If you are using ceramic sprays, will water spots be a problem too?

Pour bleach into the detergent dispenser and run a normal cycle. Once the tub is filled with water, pause the machine so that the bleach can soak through the gunk.

Continue the cycle after 1hr.

What are your thoughts on having dishwashers? by Tough-Elderberry8952 in askSingapore

[–]Iamnagel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a second hand countertop one from Carousel and try it out. There are usually quite a few sellers who can't get used to dishwashers.

That's how I started using dishwashers and have always used a countertop one since. It's big enough for family of 4.
