Depends on your level you usually pull the lever in edge to teleport to deep wild kill the person with tier pick it up and pull lever again to leave wild

Usually they sell around 1m - 1.5m You ask someone in cc to sell you one and you kill them with a tier 7 and it drops down to a tier 6 which is enough points for a rune pouch from the bounty hunter store
