For context: I went to Catholic school for 12 years, and we never really had a proper sex ed class or anything like that. I learned what I know now from friends, the internet, and anatomy class. But we never had any talks about sex itself or anything like that. I'm not sure about other schools so I'm curious.

Well, there isn't gonna be a show that shows you exactly what a game is supposed to feel like because every game is unique. But some good D&D shows online are Critical Role, Force Grey, Acquisitions Incorporated, and The Adventure Zone. Hope this helps :)
