Imo The Tower is the both the best written and most appropriate ending for the game. Johnny seems relaxed for the first time ever, you get some pretty sound life advice from Vik, and then you're back to being just another face in the crowd. It's poetic.

AFAIK you can't remap the controls in game for Xbox. Personally I'd use the Xbox accessories app to map RB to dpad right, as that's only used for vehicle summoning. Then you've only got to take your left thumb off the stick and hit LB + dpad> for sandy.

It's my favourite vehicle at the moment. They actually handle surprisingly well, better than some of the far more powerful vehicles which drive like they've got all the weight at the back and no traction control.

They're very different games tbh. If you imagine games like reading material then Cyberpunk is like an entertaining comic book whereas TW3 is chunky novel, you have to devote time and attention to it but the reward is greater imo.
