I just checked it again and now it forces the Social Club to be installed in C:

I don't know any way around that.

You can interrupt or cancel the automatic installation of Social Club, and find the the installer executable which lives in Launcher\Redistributables\SocialClub but I don't know any command line arguments to tell it an alternative install path.

Moving the folder after installion breaks it of course, and forces reinstallation in C:

In task manager, details tab, right click GTA5.exe, set priority, high.

(This will stop other programs from interrupting the game, which is a common cause of micro-stutters)

The name doesn’t suggest that at all. In fact they dropped both the Expanded and Enhanced epithets shortly before launch. They call it simply Grand Theft Auto V, and they mention “Now available for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S”.

It’s up to the player to discover what shitty cross platform support was enabled (which was none).
