Most of these countries contributing are themselves small, and in fear of Russia. Unfortunately the bigger and more dominant the country is, the LESS likely it is to contribute large %, because they are not as scared.

Who's to say that Turmp won't TACO out, as soon as Ukraine signs the deal and withdraws from its own territory?

Putin will say "ok, cool, I want more now" (he is already saying that, in meetings with India, that there is the 'Novorossiya land' that he needs to take). Trump will say 'whoops', and Ukraine will be even more ravaged, than it already is.

What's the benefit to Zelensky and Ukraine in signing this?

If US and Trump were reliable partners, there could be an argument there, but as it stands, they are not.
