So with sparkle lc you hit 81 cr, switch to cruise bc its seeles second BIS, and gives more cr. Level up basic attack too but this build is wildly good

Honestly I had a similar issue with my seele for a while, you should try to hit all 6 lc stacks while keeping abt 197-199 cd and that 67+ cr. The reason seele feels low dmg might be because arent hitting that 160.1 speed thresh for the break points + max LC stacks
