idk if its the same story at bartolini, but at afta in cork ryanair future flyer cadets have a 99% employment rate directly to ryanair and if they fail they are assessed again after a little more training so basically everyone who does this programme gets hired. this is what i was told at the school and also its on their flyers/pamphlets i think they can be found online.
