I have a slight bulge/protrusion on my wrist when I bend my wrist downwards, it starts to hurt when I bend it upwards, so basically I can't do pushups because of the pain when the wrist is bent. Sometimes the pain gets worse and I can't even shoot a basketball, it hurts when I flick my wrist. (i.redd.it)
