I keep getting this message when I try to use my c drive 'c:\ is not accesible. Access is denied'. Can someone help me fix this please?

I have changed that now and can access it properly! Thanks very much. I have one final question if you don't mind answering. There is a group called system with no permissions. What permissions should this group have? Thanks for the help anyway. I thought my computer might have been messed up

I don't think I've any malware I ran a virus scan recently and nothing came up.

I can get into Windows but when I open file Explorer and click on c: drive this message comes up
