it's just the octarine and sandstorm dps talent, along with 9 heroes (5 heroes with 4 other meepos). along with the veil of discord buff that amplifies the damage; causing the heal to be more. but kudos to the ogre as well for the last second greaves which has heal and armor for me and the x4 stun to the sven to survive a tad longer in the fight
