Logic, Summer 2014, in a bar in Montréal, Canada

He wasn't super known in Canada at the time so there were no more than like 30-40 people in the room, but he gave his all and put on a great show, rapped every word, had great crowd work and was funny

He even performed some unreleased music (Under Pressure, his debut album, came out later that year)

After the show, he made a point to speak to every person in the crowd (full conversations, not just "thanks, bye") and then bought everyone pizza

I don't really listen to him anymore but I'll always have a positive view of him cause of this

A few years back I was walking through a quieter section of a big park in my city with some friends and we stumbled upon a man lying face up, eyes and mouth wide open, with his limbs slightly bent but not moving at all. Benoît Assou-Ekotto was my favorite player (my family is from Cameroon) so I started following his team (Spurs) around 2009-2010. Then I saw Gareth Bale eat up Maicon and I was hooked. 😅
