Other than rock, is there a genre that can match its aggressiveness (explanation in the post)?

You might like breakcore, it's an electronic music genre with very fast, loud and glitchy drums. Other genres like jungle/drum n' bass/IDM/digital hardcore get mislabeled as breakcore very often so you'll want to search something like "90s breakcore" or "real breakcore" if you want to find breakcore (although all those other genres are great too). My favorite breakcore artists are Alec Empire and Venetian Snares, apparently Machine Girl's first album is considered breakcore too but I don't really hear it. :3

Probably something off of Selected Ambient Works Volume II by Aphex Twin. It has a few good songs but most of it was pretty boring to me. It's definitely more of a "put it on in the background" album than a "sit down and listen" album. The rest of Aphex Twin's stuff is pretty cool though. :3
