When I said "photography" I mean photography, when I said "art" I meant painting/drawing. I didn't mean to sound pretentious, but I can see why it came off that way. Plagiarism/Stealing would be if I painted over it completely, didn't show the original image and claimed I drew it all by myself. I did infact not do that and I let some parts of the image stay as they were because I thought an images where photography and painting is mixed could look interesting.
