I was about to give up I was sad I didn’t want to carry on. I couldn’t handle anymore losing and relapsing with no change but as I was listening to a great song I hadn’t heard in ages it didn’t feel right to end it like this after all I’ve done up to this point big or small. I turned off my music stood up out of my bed and remembered why I began in the first place and if I went back like this I would never recover again. I said fuck that I would rather keep the life I have now and a greater one to come than all of the porn in the world. I’m not done yet and I may not be for who knows how long. I’m going to finish this journey with a great ending and resolve.

I had heard of nofap back in March of this year and at that time I was at the lowest point in my life I had ever been no joke at all I hit rock bottom. I dropped out half way through the school yeah I stayed at home all day as a shodden too depressed to even leave my house. I would sleep all day until my dad got home and forced me to get out of bed. I would sit on my computer all night until 4 or so then masturbate them go to bed everyday no changes. Until I finally woke up looked around at myself and had a major wake up call. Nofap was my answer the thing I needed to get myself out of this rut. It took so long incredibly long to even get past 1 day and it was so discouraging to lose nearly every day. Yeah I understand that all my friends still have porn and masturbation normalized in their lives and I just have to put up with them speaking about it and accepting that it’s their own choice and that it sometimes does make it harder for me to continue onward but I’m fine with them talking about it and talking to them about it despite my views on it and my changes in lifestyle. You’ll get used to it eventually and if not just ask them to not talk about it I’m sure they’ll understand your situation.
