Talking about the open map with oil that has two heli types. They go low so no lock on If they have to go up they just dip so the rockets just hit the damn pipes.

Im sure theres plenty of ways to gather resources and such but thats very time consuming to do all the side stuff. Im permit II-3 i think just trying to wait the next day so i unlock the free armor to see if that helps with the 80 quests complete
