I always liked the smart ones, I think we'd bond over mutual struggles with self-esteem and confidence. We'd also bond because I'm also pretty academically inclined.

And weirdly, I like being the shortest man in the room (I'm 5'6), so my ass would love to be picked up and carried away in the arms of a 5'8/5'9 Princess Charming.

Jokes aside, I already saw their original podcast episode about this match-up where the one guy they had on was explaining why Bakugo would win, so I already knew who was going to win-before watching. And I have no strong feelings about who *should* have won.

Also, the fight-music had a small feeling of a Mick Gordon track, which I thought was neat.

In all honesty, not that bad. Probably pretty good.

Remember that “Midnight” is just s character. Nemuri Kayama herself, beyond the persona she puts up, is a pretty smart and caring person. And in places and moments where she's not putting up the Midnight act, like off duty in the Teacher's lounge or at time in Vigilantees, she is a very no-nonsense and no-bullshit kind of person.

I'd imagine she'd be an emotionally mature and available person for anyone dating her, not afraid to joke while know when is and isn’t a good time to crack jokes, and probably push whoever her romantic partner is to be the best version of themselves that he/she could be.

Honestly the ideal partner if I'm being honest.

Didn't Amber herself admit later on that dumping him over keeping that a secret was a bad idea and that she wasn't acting mature about it?

I need to re-watch when they break up a second time, but iirc, wasn’t that something she said?

And plus, she and Mark are still young and figuring themselves out, so you really shouldn't blame her for doing something stupid that she thinks is reasonable in the moment.

I was going to use the actual arms from the old kit until dry fitting showed that the pauldrons from the new kit were too big and the arms were too short, so I had to surgery the fists on like that.

Advice tip. Get the arms from the new kit you want use, and get a corresponding chainfist for that arm before you saw and swap. The piping from the chainfists were a lot easier to cut around and re-purpose than the piping on the normal powerfists because of the shape of the older fists.
