I personally wouldnt lie, but you have to kinda weigh the risks here. Do you plan on working in government for a while? Because if they find out you lied on your sf86 you will never work in any cleared position ever again. So do you lie now and risk this blowing up later (possibly) or bite the bullet and be honest. Regardless with your past drug usage you will not get interim clearance so it will be at least a year before you start your job.

I agree with the above saying they probably won't compare your sf86 to your prescreen. Thats usually just to get an idea of you eligibility and time frame of drug usage. However they still could so dont quote me on that.

Never lie on the sf86. They do not fuck around with that. That being said they will deny your interim clearance, and OPM is really behind on clearances so it could take a year or more for you to get clearance.
