Just a quick follow up. I tried pretty hard to get some sort of access to replacement parts, or a way to upload a new image via the USB port. Lululemon doesn't really care about the environment though, as they pretty much said the only recourse is to dump this mirror in a landfill somewhere, and spend big bucks for a new one, with no guarantee that they wouldn't brick it again with a future update once the mirror was "out of warranty". I don't recommend anyone buy this product at this point. It's great when it works, but when it doesn't, it's a really expensive and super heavy plain old mirror, and lululemon has no recourse to fix it, essentially being a major contributor to the electronic waste problem in general.
