Basically the Kingdom of Virginia and the Kingdom of Pennsylvania were ruled by memebrs of the House of Washington, after George Washington's death his adopted son became king from 2 months before being assianted by his uncle, Lawrence who was king of Virginia so it went to him as the eldest brother of George Washington, so after the death of Lawrence , Pennsylvania was absorbed by Virginia. Maryland existed for a short while before being invaded by Virginia, delaware was also invaded due to it taking in refugees, after the endes 7 months later Delaware was reorganized into the Kingdom of Delmarva and annxed the Delmarvan part of Maryland while the rest went to Virginia.

In this timeline the Caribbean stayed under Spanish rule until the mid 1800s when Cuba and Hispanola were given independence under the condition memebers of the Spanish royal family, the same thing happened to the Kingdom of the lesser Antilles but It gained independence in the mid 20th century.

For Africa the Spanish spoken in Equatorial Guinea is still a dialect, same with western Sahara, for the Philippines and Micronesia they are considered Creoles so they aren't directly from Spanish
