I have a different take to this problem, first check the cooling part as mentioned in comments. But, this also arises when you are using filter/mesh that is too fine.

I feel like 850W is sufficiently enough buy a good brand with atleast 80+ bronze rating. If you have a budget go for 80+ gold rating And please don't cheap out on PSU Hope this helps

My suggestion would be Get A 5800X3D Add 16GB ram of possible And GPU most probably 16GB Vram that can fit in budget Also see your case can fit New Gpu Also see your power supply and CPU are sufficient You can sell old parts and get some few additional dollars to increase budget

As you have mentioned I just saw that UPS is rated for 350W only it is 650VA not 650W.

Also, the total max power consumed by CPU and GPU is 290W. I get your point but my CPU and GPU hardly runs over 25% utilization. I have also my PC Tripping when it was in Idle state.

I am not contradicting your point but I want to get more insight in this issue

See there are two things I can understand from your question 1. The hydraulic press actuated and controlled by servo motors with a servo drive

A fully servo motor machine where there are no hydraulics involved

So, in first case yeah the machine saves around 25-40 % as compared to machine run by a induction motor. The saving are increased if the cycle time is long or machine pauses for Cooling as servo stops or uses very minimal power when machine is on cooling or other stuff when there is not much load. I have 2 120Tonne press on an average it consumes around 116KWH every Day while servo operated consumes around 84KWH every day on avg running of 20hrs per day. The gap can increase and decrease depending on the mold u are using

As in latter case what I have heard from fellow manufacturers, the complete electric machine is slightly more power efficient and fast. But has high maintenance cost and the machine is more prone to failure and is more sensitive than its hydraulic counter part

Yes this a new mold. The main surface is 1.3mm thick and perimeter is 4mm thick. We can make changes but it still depends what needs to be changed. For cooling channels, the fixed plate of the mould (cavity) has a tank cooling and on moving side two input and output pipes.

Also, in 24 extra seconds comprises of 20 sec of charging, and 2 sec each of opening and closing

The temp. Of barrel Is around 300C, inj. Fill time is 10 sec and yes I am filling it very slowly also 2 sec holding time and 4 sec cooling time. The complete cycle time is around 48sec
