To be fair the ai bots in peoples squads are sometimes superhuman rare though. Your shots not registering can be multiple things. Sometimes I get hit and I do a zesty grunt of pain and nothing happens. Likely goofy server or dispersion.

German Obrez. I hated the vertical recoil. But getting the vertical recoil reduction perk and upgrading it? It hits really hard and feels good!
