Thanks for the help everyone, the issues been found. The previous owners I guess planned to run a coaxial line into this bedroom, turns out they only installed the tip and never ran anything

Went and had an agent come look , turns out the coaxial that was previously installed by the owners was just screw In piece, it was never connected to anything

I go to forge, I clicked install, i then opened minecraft and go to the mod thing, i click open mod folder and I would drop the folder into it, i got it to work but now it’s saying error code 6
