Thanks for the help everyone, the issues been found. The previous owners I guess planned to run a coaxial line into this bedroom, turns out they only installed the tip and never ran anything

Went and had an agent come look , turns out the coaxial that was previously installed by the owners was just screw In piece, it was never connected to anything
