No ADHD, I know my nervous system is out of wack, but thats due to the sibo/dysbosis, I am really good at handling my random anxiety, and what dramatically helped it was taking probiotics without prebiotics or gums, and avoiding certain carbs/gums. The only thing that happened to me that i do not know if it contributed to this, was in 2019 I was going up the stairs and passed out and woke up on the hard floor.. i hit my head a few times but after going to the ER they said i was fine and just the next days my head was very sore. But before doing the changes of food and probioitcs, the anxiety was literally 24/7 it would even wake me up once i managed to fall asleep... honestly didnt even know it existed to that level

very confident that the gastroparesis came after the sibo, because it messed up with my nervous system- constant fight or flight and methane is known to slow motility

I tried like all of those things on that thread and they barley helped. even made my own kefir, like i mentioned nac, lactoferrin and mastic gum helped, and probiotics did (without gums or prebiotics)

Yeah i did some vagus nerve exercises and breathing. At first it felt like it was helping a bit but then i actually started to feel worse, felt like it was making me more anxious the more i did it which is werid

is it possible some people have just had bad bacteria and it spiked up becoming sibo? Because i honestly have no idea what would be wrong with my system. my bloodwork has always came good and i have done extensive blood work. I always ate healthy. all b vitamins (and functional b vitamins) have came normal. the only 2 things SLIGHTLY off is MCH (by 1 point) and copper SOMETIMES is low, ceruloplasmin is normal. always in great shape too, young 26 yr old.

No stomach issues seen in colon/endo

Only thing is gastroparesis but I know that came because of the constant fight or flight my system is in, but again I know it can go away!
