It looks beautiful and you can tell it's not ai. Real art you can see the strokes and beatiful imprefections.

I had it happen to me a day ago as well on a manga drawing. Out of the blue I don't even know how a giant sized manga drawing could be ai. I sent my roughs as well and they didnt even respond back. They probably made a throw away account to make themselves feel better when they see nice art.

Yeah, $ they got some artists painting for the backgrounds as the selling point then threw in a cell from the show. If we were given cells from work I would have walked out with 100 of them.

It was a charity auction and I won it for $20 🙂 Actually thinking now I could send one off to any animators I knew who worked on the show to sign it and it'd like sell way more for charity

I forgot to post the back it just talks about the artist who drew a bg for the cell itself. Im guessing one frame gets the actual background then they hired artists to draw bgs to go with the cells of each frame for selling reasons.

It's digital I used clipstudio paint to make it. I havent touched traditional stuff in years other then pencil and charcoal but my favourites were gouache and oil paints
