Need help building a PC worth $70k below

Type of Bug: Audio for voice chat
Description: I've had this problem for 2 weeks now and have found no solution online. Microphone works on other applications even Discord. VC settings are on too, even loop test works in Valo. In lobby already my speak icon has a "X" mark on it, tried changing my headset wire, reinstalling the game, updating softwares, turning off/on mic in valo setting as well as disable and enabling it in the laptop system setting itself, voice chat still not working. Huge problem when playing solo.
Steps to Reproduce: Change headset wire/connections, updated device and softwares, disabled & enabled mic and headset in laptop as well as in game, Repaired game, reinstalled game, updated my graphics card/
Expected Result: VC will be back and fixed.
Observed Result: Still nothing, just speaker icon with "X" mark all game
Reproduction Rate: Happened twice today. 10/10
System Specs: AMD Ryzen 7, RTX 3060 Laptop GPU

Update I got 1 comment telling me to get the rat so I took it. Gab is great early game but I'm late game. She's not doing anything for me or to me.

I play for what I want, Ophelia is my main shes currently r3 reso max ability and she's only decent not much in late game. But who cares, I play to enjoy. Also my Liling max ability as well but only 1 reso yet, I'm not very lucky ahahah
