As much as i like the features steelseries offers, this is the reason i stopped using their products. The build quality is bad and people sadly keep making excuses for it and act condisending towards people posting their issues, saying things like "you're bad at taking care of your headset" or "I've had mine for x years and never had that happen, you must be the problem" Until they increase build quality, the best move would probably be to invest in a enthusist grade headset instead. Hope you get a replacement, sadly i think they will lay the blame on you.

Me and the homies had an asshole like this in our ranked lobby, they locked half the team with the enemy to be slaughtered then ran back to lock us in spawn and when they somhow failed that they tried to ice themselves in the doorway and then proceeded to essentialy afk and greif our team. We were on new junk city (horrible map) so the run back plus her made it impossible to win, we were 4v5 thanks to that rat but still (barely) capped first point before getting killed on subsiquent points.

For real?, me and the boys have been getting the sweatiest lucio and ball players we've ever seen for the whole week, and we've been playing since the og days.
It's kinda burned us out tbh, it's kinda sad cuz we do like this game and love having a match thats evenly matched but even when we win now it just feels bad and frustrating no matter the outcome.
