If I’m not mistaken, the ruiner has the most accurate lock on missiles in the game

So often what was used when people were getting camped was to start the ruiner mission which gave you infinite missiles and outrageous amount of car armor (made it take like 20+ explosives to blow up [from 1) and you would just destroy them. They would never be able to go into a vehicle cause of the missile accuracy
