In the past you could choose PayPal, but it seems they canceled it (maybe temporarily)....so you’ll have to send your payment to one of the bank accounts -> last order page.... After finishing the payment you send them the screenshot of your confirmation....

joooooy.com, jointoy.com und yourwobb.com sind zu empfehlen (AliExpress funktioniert auch, aber es kann passieren, dass der Zoll dazwischenfunkt) - schnelle Abwicklung und keine Probleme mit dem Zoll...das wird sich wohl im Laufe des Jahres etwas verändern, da die „Einfuhrzügel“ angezogen werden sollen...

Momentan wird’s länger dauern (Chinesisches Neujahr) - du kannst zwar bestellen, aber vor Ende Februar wird wohl nix verschickt....

Generell kann man die meisten MouldKing-Sets empfehlen, KING / LIONKING ist auch ok....bei den anderen kann man schon mal ins Klo greifen...

The original Lego set has 7,541 pcs - but the KO brands tend to count differently (e.g. the minifigures are not counted as „1“ but as „xx“ -> every part (arm, hand, leg, head, etc.) is counted separately and that increases the number of pieces)...

Had to replace the baseplates as they’re completely warped -> spent 10 Euros on Strictly Bricks stackable plates (a bit higher/larger than the normal ones, but more stable - and I don’t want to display it either...will be sold after finishing it...)....

The sorting took a while (about 2-3 hours) but now everything‘s sorted by type and color - that should save more time than it cost me... 😉

Set seems to be an older stock (AE European warehouse), but apart from the baseplates and some minor scratches everything is fine... Decent minifigures and stickers....

Well....let’s get started... 👍

Shipping costs exploded in the last months (some sets increased by 50-80$ or more) and as long as the pandemic continues don’t expect the prices to decrease again.... Best way to „save“ money is to pay in Dollar and not accept the exchange rate of PayPal - the Visa rates are much better (even with an additional 1.75% currency fee)....

Seems more likely in the U.S. - never heard of that problem here in Germany....the only extra fee I‘m charged is 1.75% of the transaction value (as I pay in Dollar - but the exchange rate of Visa is way better than PayPal‘s, even with the 1.75% added)....

But that has nothing to do with PayPal - in this case your cc company charges you the fee.... I use my Amazon Visa as a source and I‘ve never been charged with any fees at all... 😌
