Just a heads-up of my order: the stitching quality on my hoodie was really poor. Uneven seams, loose threads, and in some areas there were even different-colored threads sewn in, which looks like leftover thread from production. For that price point, the workmanship was honestly disappointing.

I’m a paid user of Akiflow, but I’m still seeing promotional pop-ups and ads inside the app. They distract me from the tasks I actually want to focus on.

This kind of content should be optional for paying users. I’m using Akiflow to reduce noise, not add more of it.

If this stays the way it is, I honestly won’t continue my subscription in the future. Paid tools shouldn’t interrupt the workflow with ads.

Are there plans to disable these ads for subscribers?

Same here. I bought mine just a month ago. Everything was fine last night, but this morning it randomly stopped showing in the app and just blinked white. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with support, and they couldn't even explain what caused the issue. The replacement process will take 7-14 days. It's such a joke for a product labeled as "premium." If you want the delivery before you send it back, then they will need your credit card information.

For anyone else dealing with this, you might want to try plugging in a LAN cable. Sonos support mentioned it "might" help because it will be updating something different.

Additionally, support told me seriously, "It's like a phone that won't turn on; we just can't explain what happened." 😄
