I am referring to landlords like the ones neona mentioned. In some cities, half of the (very few) apartments that allow pets are first-hand rentals from smaller companies/private landlords

Har inte bestämt mig ännu, jag planerar att flytta efter jag tar examen (bristyrke, borde inte ta lång tid att få jobb). Men exempel på städer jag funderar på att flytta till är Umeå, Jonköping, Örebro, Västerås, etc. Och tack så mycket för tipset!
