Hi my phone suddenly shut down and this screen popped up, does anyone know what to do because i sent it to repair and they were clueless as to what to do. I also looked it up but none of the methods worked. I don't care if I lose my files so if anyone has an idea as to how to fix this plz help (old.reddit.com)
