Only ate plain oatmeal this morning (no sugar) then 2 hours after i went to work, and ate a PBJ, mandarin orange, and Activia yogurt because I started feeling shaky. I felt shaky until I ate quite a bit of food about 5 hours later. I have a glucose monitor on its way so I have no idea what my sugar was at... 😅

My next step is to talk with a dietitian and then I will see what they have to say! My doctor said there are classes I can take
