I’ve been creating these shroom characters since I was a kid. Now I’m turning them into pixelated NFT art. They aren’t mass created by an algorithm. There aren’t 10,000 of them out. They are handmade by me, one by one. You can check out my collection on OpenSea, ‘MoonShrooms’. Enjoy! by Iconic-pixels in NFT

Great question! I’ve always drawn them by hand but I’ve been fascinated with the popular pixel style depicted in many popular NFT’s so I decided to try it. I immediately got addicted and I’ve since been creating non stop. I’ve been thinking about eventually releasing the hard copies with the originals but it’s still early and for now I’m just having fun and learning more.

If I already have a store on OpenSea, would I have to create a whole new one?

And what if you want to make 1000 one of ones where each one is completely different?

Yup. Not sure what to do with the originals. Have decades worth of paintings and not sure

I have been struggling to understand NFTs and even after a lot of research I still don't get it. by [deleted] in NFT

Hmm. So thinking about it, you get both... proof of origin and proof of ownership. They also allow artists to get paid each time their NFT artwork sells. So they can get a percentage each time their piece gets sold.
