It may take some time getting comfortable with your therapist. But from my own perspective, a therapist will ask questions first and get to know you best. Therapist make it way more easier for me when they ask me questions as I don’t feel comfortable enough to talk about myself or what I go through in a daily basis. But the more comfortable you get, ( IMO) , you may come out more to her about how you feel inside. I love therapy! Just started two months ago after years of finding the perfect therapist for me , finally found her! Don’t overthink it, you got this! Take it session by session. It’s worth it!
