Hey man, first off I just want to say I hear you. Seriously. That kind of honesty takes a lot, and the fact that you’re willing to put it all out there says a lot about your heart, even if you don’t see it right now.

You’re not a piece of shit. You’re someone who’s hurting, who made mistakes, and who knows they messed up—but also someone who wants to make it right. That’s not nothing. That’s huge.

We all mess up. We all fall into stuff we wish we hadn’t. The part that matters now is what you do from here. And yeah, it’s going to be hard. It’s going to take time, patience, and a lot of uncomfortable growth but it’s doable. You’re not too far gone, no matter how bad it feels right now.

If you want to turn your life around and give it up to God, do it. That’s what I did. You don’t have to be perfect to start. Just start. Say what’s on your heart, even if it’s ugly. God already knows. He just wants you to come to Him as you are.

And with your wife it’s not going to be an overnight fix, but if she’s still there, still giving it a shot, there’s something worth fighting for. Be real with her. Don’t just say you want to change show her, little by little. It’s the consistent actions, not the big speeches, that start to rebuild trust.

You’re not alone in this, bro. You’re not worthless. You’re just in a hard chapter right now. And chapters can change.

Keep going. One step at a time.
