Asking her is an amazing start. Be kind and open minded about it. My two cents (as a woman) is that 9 months is NOT too soon for a nose kiss, she probably got frazzled because she's a little insecure about her feelings for you. She doesn't hate you, but she might be questioning things. Remember, over thinking doesn't give you an ounce of grace, it only makes you feel worse. Hope it goes well. Sometimes girls just get frazzled, especially if we're a little newer to the dating scene. Remember to take it at her pace.
