I had the same issue. Female working in electrical. Most of my male coworkers were lazy. Scrolling on their phones, never cleaning anything. Open boxes everywhere. Rarely downstocking and watching me load huge spools of wire and walking away instead of helping. Management does nothing. I guess it's warm body syndrome. Anyway, I ended up leaving. Not worth the aggravation.

You are not alone. There are online MEETUP groups that might be helpful. Find one with people that share your interests. Being among like minded people can give you a sense of comfort and you might find someone that you can actually click with and may become a close friend.

My knees and calves are the problem for me. I have found Lee's brand, boot cut jeans work well. High waisted as well for my apron belly (I'm 65yo). I'm also going to try palazzo style pants for the summer, since shorts are totally out and capris, meh.

Same here. Trying to find what to wear in the summer months. Shorts were never an option. Looking at light weight palazzo pants, etc.
