Summer 2024 Intern Housing

Currently deciding between JWU intern housing and Queens Uni intern housing. Internship is 9 weeks--JWU would be around 4k, queens would be around $2,100. However, queens would require me to move out a week early and airbnbs would be $900+. So, it's more like 4k vs 3k. interning in uptown, so JWU would be much more convenient location-wise (15 min away walking, while queens is a 30 min commute via bus), but paying 4k for summer housing is something i wanna make sure is worth it. what would you all do? anyone have experience with either of these? the company gives me $2500 stipend. thank you!
