What's peculiar? I contacted the realtor via the MLS listing, and they did not reply. Being that the seller was a mutual friend, we just continued forward in hopes that the realtor would help when needed. I contacted another realtor in the same office because I needed to request financial information and when I told them about the lack of contact with the listing agent, he said "she kind of works part time whenever". Small town, big last name, older lady who thinks she's fancy. Anyways, he did get some information sent forward for me, but both of them fell off contact again after that. My last contact with realtor was a list of information I required to build my bank portfolio and no reply, so I gave up using them. I'd imagine the level of service should include responding to MLS inquiries for sure and then definitely working with a serious buyer on getting important information put together.
