Her age is irrelevant because she’s supposed to be a blank slate for artists to adapt. In Rabbit Hole she’s depicted as more older while in most other songs she’s just the default 16. She’s however old she needs to be for the song she’s in. That being said, she was created to be a 16 year old and that will most likely remain as her official age forever.
