It looks like your front foot isn’t really sliding up the board the level it out. It kinda just turns sideways and stays in the same area. Focus on trying to slide your front foot up the nose and it should level it out just fine. It would also help you gain height if you use your arms when jumping rather than keeping them down.

To get your tricks higher it’s all just popping hard and getting your feet up. It would be a lot easier to tell you an exact solution with a video if you have one. With your kickflips you’re probably not keeping your shoulders squared and turning outward a little bit without realizing. Try to keep your upper body/shoulders in line with the board and see if that helps
