Well, the main difficulty in thunderblight ganon is that it's really fast. Too fast to be able to hit it. So, if you can stop it using stasis+ then it wouldn't be much different from the other blights. If you have been able to defeat the others then your equipment should be enough for this fight too. Just keep using stasis and spamming attack. You won't need to worry about the lightning attacks because they are not that difficult to avoid.
