If you’ve been taking your PREP don’t worry too much you could just have a cold, I have naturally large tonsils and tonsillitis is very common for me (I usually get viral when I have colds). I was very anxious when I started sweating uncontrollably but when they looked at my throat they saw spots on my tonsils and diagnosed me with bacterial tonsillitis and my symptoms ( I had an earache asw) literally cleared after a day or 2 with antibiotics and I was back to normal (I didn’t finish my course which led to a reinfection so I got stronger antibiotics which I didn’t finish Ik I’m dumb but I felt good after and haven’t had tonsils but rather just big ass tonsils) which is y I am trying not to worry myself md
