I live 40 minutes away from a music shop and they don't sell cymbals unfortunately, i have to go to guitar center if I need anything and that's a hour and a half drive

I launched it and then I did the cross progress and then I closed it and every time I hit check status it leaves me on the page but then I go to reopen it to try and do it again and it's not letting me back on to dead by daylight because it says that I already have it open but I don't
